Marco Biscuola

Marco Biscuola is of Counsel of the Elli Falsoni law firm.

He received his law degree from the University of Milan - Bicocca.

He completed a course in “E-Commerce law” at the University of Camerino and he participated in courses for specialization in “Financial markets law” and “Corporate law” at the University of Milan.  

Marco Biscuola areas of expertise include commercial law and labour law.
He is also a member of Federprivacy (Association of Privacy Officers) and provides legal assistance in the area of privacy law also as Data Protection Officer.
