Lawyer Francesca Falsoni
Francesca Falsoni is the founding and managing partner of the Elli Falsoni law firm.
Francesca Falsoni received her law degree with a specialization in international law from the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart in Milan (Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore di Milano) in 1999 and, in the same year, participated in a course for specialization in “International Business Law and International Contracts” at the Metropolitan University in London. She has been a member of the Milan Bar Association since 2002.
In 2004, Francesca Falsoni successfully completed a Master of Laws in “Banking, Corporate and Finance Law” at Fordham University School of Law in New York and, in 2005, a short Master of Laws in “M&A (mergers and acquisitions) transactions” at Bocconi University in Milan.
Francesca Falsoni has been involved for over 20 years in mergers, acquisitions, transfers and leases of company branches, joint ventures and corporate transactions carried out by private equity funds, Italian and multinational companies at national and international level, in the industrial, financial, pharmaceutical, real estate, services and IT fields.
She provides legal advice and assistance in corporate and commercial law matters and in relation to national and international arbitration.
She assists Italian and multinational companies on the review, adoption and implementation of organizational models pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001 and provides consultancy and training on Legislative Decree 231/2001 and corporate compliance. She holds the office of President and member of Supervisory Bodies pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001 and is a member of the AODV231 Association.
She assists national and international sports federations in drafting their Statutes, Justice Regulations and provides advice, consultancy and assistance in sports law matters and arbitration proceedings before CAS.
Francesca is currently Vice President of WAKO – World Association of Kickboxing Organizations recognized by the International Olympic Committee (IOC) and President of its Legal Commission.
Francesca is an independent director of the company International Sports & Entertainment Srl and General Counsel of the WAKO PRO professional sector of kickboxing.
