Fabrizio is a partner with Elli Falsoni law firm.

Fabrizio was awarded a law degree, magna cum laude, at the University of Messina School of Law in 1984. Avvocato since 1986 and Member of the New York State Bar since 1991.

In 1990, he was awarded the LL.M. in Corporate Law at the New York University School of Law, ranked top 5%.

He has collaborated for over thirty years with top tier Italian and international law firms and was Equity partner at Eversheds Piergrossi Villa Graziadei, serving as European Tax and Corporate Lead Partner and Leading Member of the USA and PanEuropean committees.

Fabrizio deals regularly with mergers, acquisitions, transfers and leases of going concerns, joint ventures and other outbound and inbound corporate transactions . He has gained relevant experience in national and international commercial agreements. He assists clients in connection with corporate, commercial and tax matters.

Fabrizio was appointed to various boards and in the last ten years he has served as director on the board of Xerox and Vanilla Vogue.
